The Connecticut Collaboration on Effective Practices for Trauma (CONCEPT) will enhance development of a trauma-informed child welfare workforce that can identify, support, and refer children impacted by trauma to appropriate services. CONCEPT’s workforce development activities will build upon, and be integrated with, DCF’s past and current systematic initiatives to make the child welfare system more trauma-informed.
